After the founder, John Bing, a past board member of the American Association of Nurse Anesthetists (AANA) and a highly accomplished CRNA, successfully built JBing & Associates into a premier anesthesia group for plastic surgery centers.  The group provided anesthesia for John Hopkins plastic surgery department exclusively over 15 years. In time, we were approached by several oral and maxillofacial surgeons (OMFS) and dental practices seeking expert anesthesia support to enhance patient comfort and optimize procedural efficiency.

Recognizing the growing need for specialized anesthesia services in dental practices, we saw an opportunity to create a dedicated practice that seamlessly integrates anesthesia care into dental workflows. Applying the same meticulous approach that made JBing & Associates a leader in plastic surgery anesthesia, we evolved into Ageless Anesthesia Associates—a practice built on the principles of safety, expert care, excellence, and patient-centered service.
